بمناسبة حلول شهر رمضان المبارك
مع حلول شهر رمضان المبارك أعاده الله عليكم باليمن والبركات. ومع دخول اعتصامنا بمقر نقابة الصحفيين شهره الثالث ، ننظم نحن صحفيو جريدة "الشعب" وقفة احتجاجية أمام مجلس الشوري، في العاشرة من مساء بعد غدٍ الجمعة (21/8/2009) ، ليلة أول أيام الشهر الكريم وعقب تأدية صلاة "التراويح" في مسجد (عمر مكرم) ، حيث نتناول وجبة السحور معاً بالمشاركة مع الزملاء من كافة المؤسسات الصحفية وأعضاء مجلس النقابة .
تأتي الوقفة رداً علي التباطؤ الملحوظ للمجلس الأعلي للصحافة في تنفيذ ما أعلنه السيد صفوت الشريف منذ أكثر من شهر ، حول تسوية مشكلة التأمينات المترتبة علي إغلاق الملف التأميني لجريدة "الشعب" بالمخالفة للقانون ، وزيادة المرتبات التي نتقاضاها منذ تسع سنوات دون أي إضافات تذكر. وهذا التباطؤ غير المسئول تجاه الاعتصام الذي تخطي منتصف شهره الثالث ، والمتجاهل لظروف شهر رمضان الذي تجتمع فيه الأسر حول مائدة الإفطار في بيوتها بينما يعتصم صحفيو "الشعب" في نقابتهم دفاعا عن حقوقهم المشروعة المسلوبة ؛ بل وصل الأمر بحالة انعدام المسئولية هذه إلي تأخير مرتباتنا عن شهر يوليو 2009 والتي لم تصرف حتي اليوم!!.. وامتد الاعتداء إلي حقوق كل الصحفيين بتأخير سداد بدل التدريب والتكنولوجيا في هذا الوقت بالذات ، والذي تصرف فيه كافة الجهات زيادات للعاملين بها بمناسبة الشهر الكريم .
كما تأتى الوقفة تأكيداً لإصرارنا على الاستمرار فى موقفنا ، بل واعتزامنا التصعيد فى أساليب وأماكن الاحتجاج ، خاصة بعد ما تكشف من جرائم تزوير ارتكبت بحقنا فى ملفاتنا التأمينية ، وهو ما يثبت سوء النية المتعمد في التعامل مع هذا الملف بعيداً عن القانون .
وفى هذا الإطار ، نؤكد أن التفويض الذى منحناه للسيد مكرم محمد أحمد نقيب الصحفيين للتفاوض حول هذه المشكلة ، فى إطار إشراف اللجنة المشكلة بقرار مجلس النقابة ، قد بات ضرورياً أن يشمل تفعيل دور تلك اللجنة ومشاركتها المباشرة فى كافة اللقاءات والمفاوضات الخاصة بالحل ، مع وضع سقف زمنى لمستوى المفاوضات الحالى قبل التوجه للسلطة الأعلى لعرض القضية عليها ، بعد أن تحول الأمر إلى مهزلة حقيقية .
كما نصر فى ظل ما شهدناه من حرص لدى الجهات المسئولة على التعامل مع المشكلة خارج نطاق وسلطة القانون ، على أن تكون جميع الاتفاقات مكتوبة ومضمونة بتوقيع نقيب الصحفيين كطرف ضامن .
The occasion of the holy month of Ramadan

The stand as an affirmation of our determination to continue in our position, but our intention to escalation in the methods and places of protest, especially after the revelations of the crimes committed against us and the falsification of insurance in our files, which demonstrates the deliberate bad faith in dealing with this issue away from the law.
In this context, we emphasize that the authority under which we would give to Mr. Makram Mohamed Ahmed, chairman of the Press Syndicate to negotiate this problem, the problem under the auspices of the Committee's decision to the Bar Council, has become necessary to include the activation of the role of the Committee and its direct participation in all meetings and negotiations for a solution, with a roof timetable for the negotiations before the current orientation of the superior authority of the case, having turned out to be a real farce..
The victory we have seen in the light of concern to the responsible authorities to deal with the problem outside the scope of the rule of law, that all written agreements and secure the signing of the Syndicate of Journalists, as a guarantor.
