شاركونا نداءنا وطالبو معنا رئيس الحكومة المصرية و وزيرة القوى العاملة ورئيس اتحاد عمال مصر بإعادة النقابيين المفصولين الى اعمالهم وسحب قرارات التجميد التى صدرت ضد بعضهم وتمكينهم من مزاولة نشاطهم النقابى حرصاً على حقوقهم فى الاجر العادل وفرص العمل اللائقة والحرية النقابية

Dear friends
Join us in demanding the Egyptian Prime Minster, the Minister of Manpower, and the Chairman of the Federation of Egypt’s Workers, to reactivate the memberships of syndicate members who were fired, withdraw the freezing decisions that were issued against them, and enable them to exercise their syndicate activities, for the sake of their right to fair wages, proper job opportunities, and syndicate freedom.

يجب وقف الممارسات والاجراءات التعسفية ضد النقابيين الشرفاء !!
تابع مركز الأرض بقلق بالغ الاجراءات التى يقوم بها التنظيم النقابى الرسمى ضد بعض النقابيين ونشطاء العمال فى بعض المواقع التى تحركت فى الفترة الأخيرة للدفاع عن حقوقها العمالية وكانت أخر تلك الاجراءات التعسفية هى محاولات أعضاء اللجنة النقابية للعاملين بمديرية القوى العاملة بتجميد عضوية النقابية فاطمة رمضان والتى طالبو فى 1/1/2008 بتجميد نشاطها النقابى بعد قيامها بالمطالبة بحقوق زملاءها العاملين بمديريات القوى العاملة بزيادة حوافزهم الشهرية وصرف أجر مجزى عن بدل طبيعة العمل وظروف ومخاطر المهنة وتوفير سيارات للمفتشين بالمديرية لتحسين أداءهم وعملهم ومساواتهم بزملاءهم بديوان عام المحافظة .
وبدلاً من أن يقوم التنظيم النقابى الذى يشرفه عضوية الزميلة فاطمة بشكرها على جهودها فى الدفاع عن حقوق زملاءها العاملين قام على العكس بإصدار قرار بتجميد عضويتها بعد أن قاموا منذ شهرين بشطب أسمها من انتخابات جمعية الخدمات للعاملين بمديريات القوى العاملة بالجيزة لدواعى أمنية .
ومركز الأرض إذ يستغرب ويرفض تلك الاجراءات التى بدأتها الحكومة المصرية ضد النقابيين الشرفاء فى بعض المواقع والتى كان أهمها فصل النقابية عائشة عبد العزيز من شركة الحناوى للدخان بدمنهور بعد أن قامت بدور مشرف فى الدفاع عن حقوق العمال والعاملات بالشركة فى صرف أجورهم ومستحقاتهم المتأخرة خلال الشهور الماضية . وكذلك فصل النقابى أشرف عبد الونيس من شركة سكر الفيوم والنقابى سعيد شحاتة من شركة بوليفارا وعشرات من شركات تراست وانفيت والعربية لمصايد الاسماك وبرسيق وغيرهم ممن قادوا حركات الاحتجاج والمطالبة بالحقوق العمالية فى المواقع المختلفة خلال الفترة الماضية .
ويؤكد المركز على ان فصل هؤلاء النقابيين لن يوقف تطلعات الحركة العمالية فى المطالبة بتحسين الاجور وصرف المرتبات وتحسين بيئة العمل ، ويرى المركز أنه بدلاً من فصل وترهيب قيادات العمال يجب على الاتحاد العام ووزارة القوى العاملة والحكومة المصرية وإدارات الشركات العمل على حل مشاكل العمال وذلك برفع مستويات الاجور وسداد المستحقات المالية ودعم السلع الاساسية للحياة الكريمة وتوفير فرص العمل اللائقة وتحسين حالة الخدمات العامة وكفالتها للمنتجين وتفعيل دور التنظيم النقابى الرسمى والسماح بالتعدد النقابى لحل مشاكل العمال و تحسين طرق التفاوض مع أصحاب الاعمال وادارات الشركات والجهات الحكومية .
ويؤكد المركز على أن ما تعرض له النقابيين والنقابيات خلال الاسابيع الماضية من فصل وتهديد وتخويف لاثناءهم عن المطالبة بحقوقهم العمالية يعتبر مخالفاً للقانون والدستور وانتهاك لكافة المواثيق والاتفاقيات الدولية خاصة اتفاقتي منظمة العمل رقم87 ، 98 لكفالتهما الحماية للنقابيين وحظر تعريض العمال للاضطهاد أو التعسف ضد حقوقهم بسبب نشاطهم النقابى.
ومركز الارض اذ يتقدم لوزيرة القوى العاملة ورئيس اتحاد عمال مصر الرسمى بشكاوى النقابيين والنقابيات لاعادة المفصولين منهم وسحب قرارات التجميد التى صدرت ضد بعضهم وتمكينهم من مزاولة نشاطهم النقابى حرصاً على حقوقهم فى الاجر العادل وفرص العمال اللائقة والحرية النقابية.

Practices and arbitrary measures against honest syndicate members must be stooped!!
The Land Center for Human Rights followed with deep concern the measures taken by the official Syndicate organization against some syndicate members and worker activists in some places, which moved in the last period to defend their worker rights. The latest measures of such arbitrary measures were the attempts of the members of the syndicate committee for the workers of the Manpower Department to freeze the membership of syndicate member: Fatima Ramadan. On 1/1/2008 they demanded that her syndicate activity be stopped, after she claimed the rights of her colleagues, who are working at the Manpower Departments, to an increase in their monthly incentives, to be recompensed properly for their occupational hazards, and to provide cars for the inspectors at the Department in order to improve their performance and equal them with their colleagues at the General Department of the Governorate.
The LCHR is surprised by these measures, taken by the Egyptian government against honest syndicate members in some places, and rejects them. The LCHR confirms that the firing of syndicate members will not stop the aspirations of the labor movement to demand improved wages, the payment of salaries, and an improved working environment. The LCHR sees that instead of firing and intimidating worker leaders, the General Union, the Ministry of Manpower, the Egyptian government, and the managements of companies, must work on solving the problems of workers, by increasing their wages, paying them their dues, subsidizing commodities that are essential for a decent life, providing proper job opportunities, improving the conditions of public services, granting public services for producers, activating the role of the official syndicate organization, allowing the establishment of several syndicates as a way of solving the problems of workers, and improving the methods of negotiation with employers, managements of companies, and government agencies.
The Land Center presents the complaints of syndicate members to the Minister of Manpower and the Chairman of the official Federation of Egypt’s Workers, demanding that they reactivate the memberships of syndicate members who were fired, withdraw the freezing decisions that were issued against them, and enable them to exercise their syndicate activities, for the sake of their right to fair wages, proper job opportunities, and syndicate freedom.
